The detachable plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger made by stacking a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates, and heat exchange is performed through half plates. Compared with the conventional shell and tube heat exchanger, under the same flow resistance and pump power consumption, its heat transfer coefficient is much higher, and there is a tendency to replace the shell and tube heat exchanger in the applicable range. The plate heat exchanger is a heat exchanger made by pressing a thin metal plate into a heat exchange plate with a certain corrugated shape, which is then stacked and fastened with plywood and bolts. The working fluid flows through the narrow and tortuous channel formed between the two plates. The hot and cold fluids pass through the flow channel in sequence, with an interlayer plate in the middle to separate the fluid and heat exchange through this plate.
