Working principle
The plate preheater is a heat exchanger that uses hot blast stove flue gas to preheat blast furnace gas and combustion air. It uses stainless steel as the heat exchange element. During heat exchange, one medium goes inside the plate tube and one medium goes outside the tube plate. The two media exchange heat through the cross-flow of the metal wall of the plate tube.
