Compressor interstage cooler

       Air compressors are very important equipment in modern industrial production, and are widely used in air separation oxygen production, metallurgy, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, paper, glass and other industries. In order to obtain gas with different pressure levels, the compressor is often divided into several stages, and the gas pressure is increased step by step. In order to achieve isothermal compression between the stages, the inter-stage cooler must be used to reduce the temperature. The gas temperature can generally be reduced from 170°C-140°C to 40°C, and the heat exchange medium is generally water/gas exchange.

Application field

       The interstage cooler is the exchanger used to cool the gas between the compressors of all stages in the air separation system. Due to the rapid development of China's economy, the air separation system has been widely used in China's steel, heavy chemical industry, new energy, coal chemical industry and other industries, bringing a broad market to highly efficient inter-stage coolers with extremely high heat transfer performance.
